A made-from-scratch breakfast restaurant on Rue Sherbrooke

At Oeufs et Crêpe in Magog, three things are made in house: the hollandaise, whisked by hand every morning with real butter and real eggs; the pistachio crème, a recipe developed in our kitchen; and the coulis, made with real strawberries. We opened the restaurant because we believe breakfast deserves better than a packet of powdered sauce and a standardized recipe.

Behind every plate is Naim Mohammadi, our founder and chef, with over 10 years of culinary experience.

Our signature breakfast dishes

  • Béné Œuf et Crêpe — $20.95: Two perfectly poached eggs resting on grilled steak, caramelized onions, sautéed peppers, velvety avocado and Swiss cheese — all crowned with our fresh house-made hollandaise. Served with home fries and fresh fruit.
  • Crêpe Aux Pistaches — $19.95: A golden crêpe filled with ripe strawberries and sliced bananas, finished with our signature house-made pistachio crème — a recipe we invented right here.
  • Omelette Enrobée — $21.95: A spinach and cheddar omelette, wrapped inside a silky crêpe and crowned with our fresh hollandaise sauce.
  • Le Coco — $16.50: Two eggs with your choice of meat, a house crêpe, fèves au lard (Québec-style baked beans) or creton (a seasoned pork spread).
  • Gaufre Oreo — $19.25: Our crispy golden waffle topped with fresh strawberries, banana, rich chocolate drizzle and crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Crêpe Exceptionnelle — $19.75: A crêpe filled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and bananas, finished with crème anglaise and served with whipped cream.
